Overview
This guide walks you through how to set up and use Tap to Pay using the Cloud Commerce app for Android. Tap to Pay lets you accept contactless payments right on your phone—ideal for mobile, in-store, or on-the-go businesses.
Getting Started
Requirements
Before you begin, make sure:
- Your merchant account is active and Tap to Pay is enabled.
- Your processor is supported (ask your Merchant Services Provider if you are unsure).
- You have an Android device running version 11 or higher with NFC.
- You have the Cloud Commerce app installed.
Check Your Phone’s NFC Capability
- Open Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences.
- Look for NFC.
- Toggle it to On if it's not already enabled.
Step-by-Step Setup

Download Cloud Commerce App
Find it on the Google Play Store. - Disable Bluetooth and unplug accessories.
- Launch the App and enter your Partner Code.
- Log In with your merchant credentials.

Grant Permissions
Allow location and microphone access (required for Tap to Pay to work).
